Raw material of this quality is becoming increasingly rare and costly. Wood from the original state of Karnataka, govt sanctioned. 100 y.o old tree. 5 years of dry wood curing by the distillator.

Only the core of the heartwood was used. Copper still distillation during 7 days in 2016

The olfactive profile is the the quintessence of the Mysore Sandalwood profile : radiant, creamy, buttery, bright, expansive, warm, generous, immensely beneficial. The oil is very smooth, the woodiness being rounded  with additional notes of honey, ripe fruit and Sauternes, completing this pure gem of an oil.

I am trying to coproduce a new batch with similar quality wood, that is being sourced from India,  and this time even longer distillation (we are projecting 10 days).
