January 2026 update :
Since the 12th of January 2026 we ask customers from the USA to contact us (or check their email) before finalizing shipments. By default the cheaper option is proposed but it requires your input for finalization. We can also propose other options (like FedEX) but they are pricier.
This change happens in parallel to the new Universal Postal Union changes for shipping goods internationally (more info on that here).
Note : Based on their scope, some orders qualify for automated discounts and / or free shipping. Starting January 2026, we are restoring the free shipping to the USA discount, that we had to suspend after the 2025 summer (see here for details).

Dear US customers,
Since the new rules imposed by the US governement this summer (2025), we cannot use our normal logisitics provider (SwissPost) for shipments to the USA anymore.
We currently have to use FEDEX international express service, which is more costly (but at least, it is a bit faster).
Apologies for this change.
It is mandatory to add a valid US phone number for FedEx's to accept and process the order, as well as for them to contact you in case of need for the delivery.
Without such a number we cannot process the order (so we will write to you via email to request one)
