Bulk and Wholesale pricing principles

1. Sliding-Scale : from Retail (bottles & samples) to bulk quantities 

All of our retail options feature an automated sliding scale. From our tiny discovery samples up to our largest retail bottles, the price per milliliter decreases seamlessly as the bottle size increases.

To help small-scale natural perfumers and dedicated collectors scale up their blending rooms without having to commit to excessive quantities, we unlock our introductory Bulk offers at very accessible liquid volumes:

  • Precious Oils: Bulk retail pricing begins at 30 ml.
  • Standard Oils: Bulk retail pricing begins at 100 ml.

With further degressive prices with each step up in volumes.

 

2. True Wholesale (by Weight)

For professional formulations and fragrance houses, we transition from liquid volume (ml) to precise raw material weight (grams).

Our entry-level Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for wholesale are:

  • Precious Oils: Wholesale tier opens at 250 grams.
  • Standard Oils: Wholesale tier opens at 500 grams.


How our wholesale discounts are structured:

  • For some items, the discount continues to compound past the wholesale baseline. Each step up in weight (e.g., from 500g to 1kg, etc. when available) unlocks a progressively lower price per gram.
  • For others, we only offer a fixed wholesale price at the baseline weight and a discount incentive for big volumes 
    (when available : not all our oils sold wholesale have enough production volumes to trigger the high-value volume incentive)

Because we work in true artisan fashion with changing seasons as well limited, and sometimes unpredictable, wild botanical yields, all larger-scale acquisitions are handled personally on a case to case basis.
